Lucy 3D Lab manufactures and sells 3D-printed accessories, components and products, primarily intended for setups for boxes, terrariums, containers and animal housing systems compatible with the characteristics of the individual products.

Some products may consist of base containers purchased from third parties and subsequently modified by hand by Lucy 3D Lab through the addition of accessories, components or 3D-printed parts. Any third-party brands, models or product names mentioned on the product pages are used solely to identify the dimensional or descriptive compatibility of the base container and do not indicate any affiliation, authorisation, official manufacture or sponsorship by their respective owners.

3.       Tax regime

Lucy 3D Lab operates under the flat-rate tax regime. The prices displayed on the website are the final prices charged to the customer. No VAT is charged on invoices/receipts pursuant to the legislation applicable to the flat-rate tax regime, unless the tax regime changes or otherwise provided by law.

Any taxes, levies, duties, customs charges or additional costs applicable to shipments outside Italy, where provided for, remain payable by the customer in accordance with the legislation applicable in the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the terms of sale.

4.       Product information

The information provided on the product pages, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, intended use, compatibility, warnings and images, is provided to enable the customer to assess the product before purchasing.

Products manufactured through 3D printing may exhibit slight aesthetic differences, surface variations, print lines, dimensional tolerances or minor differences between individual items, consistent with the additive manufacturing process and artisanal production. These characteristics do not constitute a defect where they do not compromise the functionality, safety and intended use of the product.

Before purchasing and using the product, the customer is required to verify that it is compatible with the dimensions of the container, the intended setup, the environmental conditions, the animal species housed, and the animal’s strength, weight, behaviour and specific needs.

5.       Product safety

Lucy 3D Lab pays attention to the safety of products placed on the market and provides key information concerning materials, operating temperature, intended use, warnings and limitations of use on the product pages or in the information sections of the website.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, Lucy 3D Lab products:

·       are not toys;

·       are not intended for children;

·       must be used under the supervision of a responsible adult;

·       must be checked periodically before and during use;

·       must not be used if broken, deformed, cracked, damaged or if they have sharp or unstable parts;

·       must not be exposed to direct heat sources or temperatures exceeding those indicated on the product page;
