• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Keep clips and other small parts away from children.
• Checks: before use and periodically, inspect the container, lid, frame, wire mesh, fasteners, and clips. Discontinue use if cracks, deformations, sharp edges, or damaged/loose components are present.
• Wire mesh: do not use the product if the mesh has breaks, deformations, loose wires, or sharp parts. Verify that the animal and any feeder insects cannot pass through or damage it.
• Box suitability: verify that dimensions, ventilation, materials, closures, and environmental limits are appropriate for the needs of the species and the individual specimen.
• Ventilation and environmental parameters: do not obstruct the wire mesh. The box does not independently regulate temperature, humidity, or air exchange: monitor the parameters required by the species regularly.
• Escape risk: the clips improve the seal of the lid but do not make the box completely escape-proof. Always verify that the lid and clips are properly positioned.
• Do not use with animals capable of deforming, lifting, forcing, or damaging the container, lid, wire mesh, or clips.
• Placement: place the box on a flat, stable surface suitable for its size and weight.
• Temperature and heating: use only between 0 and 45 °C. Any heating systems must be controlled via thermostat and must not come into direct contact with the container or installed accessories.
• Cleaning: wash by hand with warm water and neutral detergent. Do not use solvents, aggressive detergents, or dishwashers. Dry completely before reuse.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Returns: in the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.
