• This is not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Keep clips and other detachable components away from children.
• Checks: before use and periodically, check the container, lid, frame, plastic mesh, and clips. Discontinue use if cracks, deformations, sharp edges, or damaged or loose components are present.
• Plastic mesh: do not use the product if the mesh has tears, deformations, holes, or sharp edges. Verify that the animal and any feeder insects cannot pass through or damage it.
• Choice of animal: verify that dimensions, ventilation, materials, closures, and environmental limits are appropriate for the needs of the species and the individual specimen.
• Ventilation and environmental parameters: do not obstruct the plastic mesh. The tub does not autonomously regulate temperature, humidity, or air exchange: regularly check the parameters required by the species.
• Escape risk: the clips improve the lid's hold, but do not make the tub absolutely escape-proof. Always verify that the lid and clips are correctly positioned.
• Do not use with animals capable of deforming, lifting, forcing, or damaging the container, lid, plastic mesh, or clips.
• Placement: place the tub on a flat, stable surface suitable for its size and weight.
• Temperature and heating: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Any heating systems must be controlled via thermostat and must not come into direct contact with the container or the installed accessories.
• Cleaning: wash by hand with warm water and neutral detergent. Do not use solvents, harsh detergents, or a dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
