• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Keep screws, nuts, clips, and other small components away from children.
• Door assembly: follow the instructions and use the included screws and nuts. Tighten without forcing, and do not use the box before correctly completing the assembly.
• Checks: before use and periodically, check the door, glass, locks, clips, lid, screws, nuts, air vents, and container. Suspend use if cracks, deformations, sharp edges, or unstable components are present.
• Escape risk: ensure that the animal cannot open, move, deform, or pass through the door, lid, clips, air vents, or other gaps.
• Animal selection: before use, verify that the dimensions, ventilation, materials, closures, and environmental limits of the box are adequate for the needs of the species and the individual specimen. Do not use with large animals, or those that are particularly strong or capable of forcing the product.
• Ventilation and environmental parameters: do not obstruct the air vents and ensure that temperature, humidity, and ventilation are appropriate for the animal. The box does not independently regulate these parameters.
• Placement: place the box on a flat, stable surface suitable for its weight.
• Glass: avoid impacts, pressure, and abnormal stress. Do not use the box if the glass is cracked, chipped, unstable, or damaged.
• Loads and stacking: do not sit on, crush, overload, or stack the box in an unstable manner.
• Temperature and heating: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Any heating systems must be controlled via thermostat and must not come into direct contact with the container or the 3D-printed accessories.
• Cleaning: hand wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Do not use solvents, aggressive products, or dishwashers. Dry completely before reuse.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Returns: in case of withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
