• Not a toy. Product intended for adult use. Not suitable for children under 14 years: the product or any fragments generated by impact, wear, or breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Placement and stability: place the bowl on a stable surface or insert it correctly into the support used. Ensure that it cannot fall or be easily overturned by the animal.
• Use with calcium or food: use only calcium, food, or preparations suitable for the housed species. Regularly remove residues to prevent mold, fermentation, bad odors, or contamination.
• Use with water: a watertight seal is not guaranteed. Before using with water, check the seal outside the enclosure and discontinue use if leaks are present.
• Target animals: use only with animals of appropriate size, strength, and behavior. Do not use with animals capable of biting, deforming, breaking, ingesting, or overturning the bowl.
• Thermal risk: do not expose the product to open flames, heat mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Maintenance: hand wash with warm water and neutral soap. Do not put in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: discontinue use in the presence of instability, leaks, cracks, deformation, sharp parts, breakage, persistent dirt, or other damage.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Returning: in case of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer.
