• Gentle use: do not use the hook as a lever, do not apply excessive pressure, and do not force the animal. Perform only slow movements proportional to its size and behavior.
• Supporting the animal: do not support the animal from a single point in an unnatural way. During any handling, respect its posture and weight distribution.
• Check before use: ensure the hook is intact, stable, clean, and free of cracks, deformations, sharp edges, or other obvious defects.
• Risk of breakage: impact, twisting, excessive bending, bites, use as a lever, or use with incompatible animals can break or deform the product.
• Thermal risk: use only between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, direct contact with lamps or heating elements, heating mats without a thermostat, or heat sources exceeding 45 °C.
• Heat sources: do not leave the hook inside the terrarium near lamps, mats, heating cables, or other heat sources.
• Hygiene: clean the product after use, especially if used with different animals or terrariums, to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
• Maintenance: hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Do not use harsh products and do not place in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: regularly check the integrity, cleanliness, and rigidity of the product. If cracks, breakage, deformation, sharp edges, or loss of rigidity are present, discontinue use.
