• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: improper use, breakage, or the presence of damaged parts may cause impacts or injuries.

• Not a containment tool: do not use to immobilize the animal, block its head, hold it forcibly, or manage out-of-control situations.
• Gentle use: do not use the hook as a lever, do not exert excessive pressure, and do not force the animal. Perform only slow movements proportionate to its size and behavior.
• Supporting the animal: do not support the animal from a single point in an unnatural way. During any movements, respect its posture and weight distribution.
• Check before use: ensure the hook is intact, stable, clean, and free of cracks, deformations, sharp parts, or other evident defects.
• Risk of breakage: impacts, twisting, excessive bending, bites, use as a lever, or use with incompatible animals can break or deform the product.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, lamps or heating elements in direct contact, heating mats without a thermostat, or heat sources exceeding 45 °C.
• Heat sources: do not leave the hook inside the terrarium near lamps, mats, heating cables, or other heat sources.
• Hygiene: clean the product after use, especially if used with different animals or terrariums, to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
• Maintenance: hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not use aggressive products and do not place in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check the integrity, cleanliness, and rigidity of the product. In the presence of cracks, breakage, deformations, sharp parts, or loss of rigidity, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For made-to-measure or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer.
