• Use with live animals: final suitability depends on the species, size, weight, strength, behavior, environmental parameters, the container used, and the final configuration. Verification remains the responsibility of the buyer.
• Maintenance: wash by hand only with lukewarm water and neutral soap. DO NOT put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: regularly check the integrity of the accessories for any cracks, deformations, sharp edges, breakages, unstable supports, damaged bowls, or compromised components. In case of damage, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
