• Glass: 2 mm glass bonded to the door panel with high-strength polymer. In case of breakage, replacement requires correct removal, cleaning, and reinstallation by the buyer.

• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years: there is a choking hazard due to the presence of small parts, screws, nuts, separable components, or fragments in case of impact, wear, detachment, or breakage.
• Animal target verification: use only with animals appropriate for size, weight, strength, and behavior. Before use, verify that the door, the 2 mm glass, the latches, and the mounting system are suitable for the animal and the chosen configuration.
• Glass risk: the 2 mm glass can break in case of impact, pressure, twisting, dropping, incorrect assembly, or use with unsuitable animals. In case of cracks, chips, detachment, or breakage, suspend use immediately and remove any fragments safely.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic lamps in direct contact, or heat sources above 45 °C.
• Mechanical risk: do not use the door as a load-bearing element, support point, or component subject to stress. Do not force the opening, closing, hinges, or fastening systems.
• Installation and stability: before use, verify that the mounting hole is correct, the frame is stable, the 5 screws and 5 cap nuts are correctly tightened, and the door has no play, flexing, detachments, sharp parts, or dangerous edges.
• Closing and anti-escape: the door can contribute to closing the box but does not by itself guarantee that the animal cannot escape. Always check the entire closing system, any gaps, container deformations, play between door and frame, and the animal's strength.
• Compatibility with the container: before use, verify that the door does not interfere with ventilation, the lid, walls, heating systems, internal furnishings, or other accessories present in the box.
• Maintenance: wash by hand only with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse. Avoid aggressive products that could damage the frame, latches, adhesive, metal, or glass.
• Periodic check: regularly check for cracks, deformations, sharp parts, breakages, chipped glass, loose hinges, loose screws, untightened nuts, or damaged components. In case of damage, stop using the product.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Returns: in the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Legal warranty: products are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for by the applicable legislation.
