• Installation: secure the product to a suitable surface using a screw, cable tie, or other suitable system. Verify that the elements used do not create sharp edges, points, or cutting parts.
• Stability and anti-rotation system: before use, check that the support is stable, that the pipe rests correctly, and that it cannot rotate dangerously. The anti-rotation system does not replace the verification of the mounting.

• Risk of falling or entrapment: do not install on surfaces that are too thin, deformable, or damaged. Verify that the support, pipe, and mounting do not create gaps or points where the animal could become trapped or injured.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent bulbs, ceramic heaters in direct contact, or heat sources above 45 °C.
• Environment of use: verify that substrate, heating, humidity, lighting, and other accessories do not interfere with the support, the pipe, or the animal's behavior.
• Cleaning: wash by hand with warm water and mild soap, avoiding weakening the mounting. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: regularly check for cracks, deformations, sharp parts, detachments, or loose mountings. In case of damage or instability, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.
