• Installation: fix the product to a suitable surface using a screw, cable tie, or other suitable system. Verify that the elements used do not create edges, points, or sharp parts.

• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic lamps in direct contact, or heat sources above 45 °C.
• Environment of use: verify that the substrate, heating, humidity, lighting, and other accessories do not interfere with the support or the animal's behavior.
• Cleaning: wash by hand with warm water and mild soap, avoiding weakening the fixing. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check for the absence of cracks, deformations, sharp parts, detachments, or loose fixings. In case of damage or instability, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by the regulations.
