• This is not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: there is a risk of choking due to the presence of small parts or components that could detach in the event of impact, wear, breakage, incorrect mounting, or improper use.
• Installation: attach the product to a suitable surface using a screw, zip tie, or other suitable system. Check that the elements used do not create edges, points, or sharp parts.
• Stability: before use, check that the support is stable and that the pipe or branch rests correctly without being able to move or fall. In case of abnormal movement, discontinue use.
• Suitability for the animal: use only with animals appropriate for the species, size, weight, strength, and behavior, respecting the declared usage limits.
• Risk of falling or detachment: do not install on surfaces that are too thin, deformable, damaged, or unsuitable for the chosen mounting system. Always check the hold before use.
• Mechanical and entrapment risk: do not use with animals capable of breaking, moving, biting, deforming, or forcing the structure, nor with animals exceeding the recommended weight. Check that the support, the pipe or branch, and the mounting system do not create gaps where the animal could become trapped or injured.
• Thermal risk: use only between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic lamps in direct contact, or heat sources above 45 °C.
• Environment of use: verify that the substrate, heating, humidity, lighting, and other accessories do not interfere with the support or the animal's behavior.
• Cleaning: wash by hand with warm water and mild soap, avoiding weakening the mounting. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check for cracks, deformations, sharp parts, detachments, or loose fittings. In case of damage or instability, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
