• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years: any parts or fragments generated by breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Installation: secure the mount to an intact and stable surface using systems compatible with the container. Avoid sharp points, edges, or sharp parts accessible to the animal.
• Stability: before use and periodically, check the tightness of the mount, the correct positioning of the tube, and the function of the anti-rotation system. Discontinue use if there is any movement, sagging, cracks, or deformation.
• Target animals: use exclusively with arboreal or semi-arboreal reptiles of appropriate size, weight, strength, and behavior. Do not exceed the recommended weight of 250 g and do not use with animals capable of breaking, moving, or forcing the product.
• Entrapment risk: ensure that the mount, tube, fasteners, and surrounding elements do not create gaps, pressure points, or interference with closures, ventilation, lighting, or heating.
• Thermal risk: do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spotlight lamps, incandescent bulbs, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Cleaning: clean gently by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap or with specific reptile-safe cleaners. Do not wash in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Returns: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
