• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years: the support or any fragments generated by breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Adhesive choice: use an adhesive suitable for the container material, PETG, the expected environmental conditions, and the presence of animals. Follow the instructions and warnings of the respective manufacturer.
• Drying: do not place animals in the container until the adhesive is completely dry, stable, and free from potentially dangerous odors or residues.
• Surface preparation: apply the support exclusively on an intact, clean, dry surface suitable for gluing.
• Stability: before use, check the hold of the fixation and the correct seating of the pipe or branch. Do not use the product if the structure moves, rotates, or tends to detach.
• Target animals: use exclusively with baby arboreal or semi-arboreal reptiles of appropriate size, weight, strength, and behavior. Do not exceed the recommended weight of 150 g.
• Risk of falling or detachment: suspend use immediately if the support, the adhesive, or the installed structure shows signs of failure or loss of stability.
• Risk of entrapment: verify that the support, the pipe or branch, and the surrounding elements do not create gaps or spots where the animal could get stuck or injured.
• Placement in the enclosure: ensure that the structure does not interfere with closures, ventilation, substrate, lighting, heating, or other accessories.
• Thermal risk: do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spotlight lamps, incandescent bulbs, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Cleaning: clean gently by hand with warm water and mild soap or with specific cleaners for reptiles, avoiding weakening the bond. Do not wash in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: regularly check the support, the fixation, and the installed structure. Suspend use in the presence of cracks, deformations, damaged edges, detachments, or instability.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For products made to measure or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
