• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: the bowl and other separable components may pose a choking hazard in the event of detachment, breakage, or improper use.
• Animal verification: use exclusively with reptiles compatible in terms of species, size, weight, strength, and behavior. The recommended maximum weight is 150 g.
• Fixing the feet: the snap-fit feet must be permanently fixed before use with an adhesive compatible with PETG, the container, temperature, humidity, and the presence of live animals.
• Adhesive stabilization: do not introduce animals until the fixing is completely dry, stable, and free of accessible residues.
• Setups with multiple individuals: verify the compatibility between the animals, the available space, access to the bowl, and the presence of sufficient support points.
• Thermal risk: do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Mechanical risk: do not overload the support and do not use it with animals weighing more than the recommended limit. Check that the structure and feet show no signs of bending, cracks, deformation, or instability.
• Installation: check that the support is stable, cannot tip over or slide, and does not interfere with the lid, ventilation, heating, or other accessories.
• Use of the bowl: verify that the bowl is correctly inserted, stable, free of cracks, and appropriate for the animal. Replace it in the event of damage, deformation, or loss of stability.
• Maintenance: wash by hand only with lukewarm water and neutral soap. Do not use a dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check for the absence of cracks, deformation, sharp edges, breakage, or loose components. In the event of damage, suspend use immediately.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by regulations.

Return: in the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
