• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years: small parts or fragments generated by impact, wear, detachment, or breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Compatibility and load: use only with animals compatible in terms of species, size, weight, strength, and behavior. Do not exceed the indicative limit of 150 g and do not use with animals capable of forcing, biting, or deforming the structure.
• Installation: verify that the container, side mounts, screws, and cap nuts are compatible and properly secured before introducing the animal.
• Quick-release: check that the central part is securely inserted. Do not use the product if it is loose, deformed, or not correctly attached.
• Risk of falling: incorrect mounting, an inadequate container, or excessive load may cause the support to detach.
• Risk of entrapment: verify that intersections, spaces, and grip points are compatible with the animal's size and do not create entrapment or compression points.
• Container compatibility: verify that the product does not interfere with walls, lids, latches, ventilation, heating, or other accessories.
• Thermal risk: do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent bulbs, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Maintenance: wash by hand only with warm water and mild soap. Do not put in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: discontinue use in the presence of loose fasteners, cracks, deformations, sharp edges, breakage, loss of stability, or other damage.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.
