• Mechanical risk: do not use as a load-bearing element and do not place heavy or unstable objects on top of the hide. Do not use with animals capable of breaking it, deforming it, or ingesting any fragments.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, lamps or heating elements in direct contact, and heat sources above 45 °C.
• Maintenance: wash by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not use aggressive products, do not put in the dishwasher, and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly verify the integrity, stability, and cleanliness of the hide. If cracks, deformations, breakages, or sharp parts are present, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer.
