• Approximate weight: the recommended weight of 0 to 20 g is indicative only. Safety also depends on the fixing system, mounting point, container, and the animal's behavior.
• Dimensional check: ensure the animal can use the den without becoming trapped, stuck, or compressed.
• Suspended use: hang the den exclusively from stable and compatible branches, supports, or points. Inadequate fixing may cause it to fall and cause injury to the animal or damage to the enclosure.
• Fixing systems: hooks, cords, zip ties, screws, or other mounting elements are not included unless otherwise indicated. These must be chosen based on the enclosure and checked before use with animals.
• Risk of falling: position the den to limit the risk of dangerous falls or impact against hard, sharp, or unstable surfaces.
• Risk of trapping or entanglement: check that the animal cannot get stuck between the den, walls, branches, supports, or other accessories, nor get tangled in any suspension systems.
• Risk of breakage or ingestion: do not use with animals capable of biting, breaking, deforming, or ingesting parts of the den or the fixing system.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heat sources above 45 °C, or heating systems without a thermostat.
• Enclosure compatibility: ensure that substrate, branches, supports, bowls, plants, rocks, or other accessories do not compromise the stability of the den or the animal's movement.
• Maintenance: hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Do not use harsh products, do not put in the dishwasher, and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check the integrity, stability, fixing, and cleanliness of the den. In the presence of cracks, deformations, breakages, sharp edges, or loss of stability, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Returns: in the event of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer.
