• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years old: there is a risk of choking or injury due to the presence of small parts or fragments in case of detachment or breakage.
• Animal compatibility: use only with animals compatible in terms of species, size, strength, behavior, environmental needs, and the way the humid hide is used.
• Dimensional verification: check that the animal can enter, exit, and use the hide without getting stuck, trapped, or compressed.
• Removable lid: before use, verify that the lid is positioned correctly. Do not use the product if the lid is unstable, deformed, damaged, or easily movable by the animal.
• Central hole: verify that the animal's head, body, limbs, or other parts cannot get stuck in the access hole.
• Humidity management: use only a humidity level compatible with the hosted species. Excessive humidity, stagnant water, or dirty material can promote mold, unpleasant odors, and unsuitable conditions.
• Internal material: use only substrates or materials compatible with the animal. Check and replace them regularly to avoid contamination, mold, or unwanted proliferation.
• Stability: place the hide on a stable surface, verifying that it cannot tip over, slide, or create crushing points.
• Risk of entrapment: verify that the animal cannot get trapped between the hide, lid, walls, substrate, furnishings, or other accessories.
• Risk of breakage or ingestion: do not use with animals capable of biting, breaking, deforming, or swallowing parts of the hide or lid.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, lamps or heating elements in direct contact, heating mats without a thermostat, or heat sources exceeding 45 °C.
• Setup compatibility: verify that the substrate, branches, supports, bowls, plants, rocks, and other accessories do not interfere with the hide or the animal's movement.
• Maintenance: hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Do not use harsh products, do not put in the dishwasher, and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly verify integrity, stability, cleanliness, the lid, and the central hole. If cracks, deformations, breakages, sharp parts, loss of stability, unpleasant odors, or contamination are present, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by the regulations.

Return: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning are borne by the customer.
