• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Keep clips and other detachable components away from children.
• Checks: before use and periodically, check the container, lid, plastic mesh, air vent, and clips. Discontinue use if cracks, deformations, sharp edges, or damaged or loose components are present.
• Ventilation elements: do not use the product if the plastic mesh or air vent show signs of breakage, deformation, holes, or sharp edges. Verify that the animal and any feeder insects cannot pass through or damage them.
• Animal selection: verify that dimensions, ventilation, materials, closures, and environmental limits are adequate for the needs of the species and the individual specimen.
• Ventilation and environmental parameters: do not obstruct the plastic mesh or the air vent. The box does not autonomously regulate temperature, humidity, or air exchange: regularly check the parameters required by the species.
• Escape risk: the clips improve the tightness of the lid but do not make the box absolutely escape-proof. Always verify that the lid and clips are correctly positioned.
• Do not use with animals capable of deforming, lifting, forcing, or damaging the container, the lid, the plastic mesh, the air vent, or the clips.
• Placement: place the box on a flat, stable surface adequate for its size and weight.
• Temperature and heating: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Any heating systems must be controlled via thermostat and must not come into direct contact with the container or the installed accessories.
• Cleaning: wash by hand with warm water and neutral detergent. Do not use solvents, harsh detergents, or dishwashers. Dry completely before reuse.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of return are borne by the customer.
