• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years: the cups, separable components, or any fragments generated by impact, wear, or breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Placement and stability: place the holder on a stable surface and check before use that it cannot be easily moved or tipped over by the animal.
• Cups and spare parts: use only clean, intact cups that are compatible in size, shape, and stability. CupH-0096 and CupH-0095 are the dedicated spare parts.
• Calcium compartment: use only calcium or supplements suitable for the housed species, following the relevant administration methods. Regularly remove any residue.
• Use with water or food: use only water, insects, food, or preparations suitable for the housed species. Regularly remove residue to prevent mold, fermentation, bad odors, or contamination.
• Animal compatibility: use only with animals compatible in species, size, weight, strength, and behavior. Do not exceed the indicative limit of 400 g and do not use with animals capable of biting, deforming, breaking, or tipping over the holder or cups.
• Container compatibility: ensure that the holder and cups do not interfere with walls, latches, ventilation, heating, or other accessories.
• Thermal risk: with Bio-PLA cups, do not expose the product to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spotlight lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 40 °C.
• Maintenance: wash by hand with warm water and mild soap. Do not put in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: discontinue use in the presence of instability, cracks, deformation, sharp edges, breakage, persistent dirt, or other damage.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Returns: in case of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer.
