The indicated accessories are not exclusive to a single box: they can also be used on other containers compatible in terms of dimensions, internal space, shape, and type of setup.

Before purchasing, always check the container dimensions, the space available for the hide, the space available for the bowl holder, the internal height of the box, and compatibility with the animal you intend to house.

The set is not suitable for large, particularly strong animals capable of moving or tipping over the accessories, or those not compatible with the dimensions of the hide, the bowl, and the container used.

Safety Warnings:

• Mechanical risk: do not use the hide or the bowl holder as a load-bearing element, handle, or grip point. Do not use with animals capable of breaking, moving, biting, or deforming the accessories.
• Compatibility with internal setups: ensure that substrate, heating, humidity, lighting, and other accessories do not interfere with the hide, bowl, bowl holder, or the animal's behavior.
• Use with live animals: final suitability depends on the species, size, weight, strength, behavior, environmental parameters, the container used, and the final configuration. Verification remains the buyer's responsibility.
• Maintenance: hand wash only with lukewarm water and mild soap. DO NOT put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check the integrity of the accessories, the absence of cracks, deformations, sharp edges, breakages, unstable support, damaged bowl, or compromised components. In case of damage, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer.
