• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years: there is a choking hazard due to the presence of small parts, screws, nuts, separable components, or fragments in the event of impact, wear, detachment, or breakage.
• Animal target verification: use exclusively with animals appropriate in size, weight, strength, and behavior. Before use, verify that the door, the approximately 2 × 2 mm mesh, the closures, and the mounting system are suitable for the animal and the chosen configuration.
• Escape or entrapment risk: verify that the mesh, gaps, frame, and closure do not allow for the animal to pass through, get stuck, or escape, especially with very small or particularly slender specimens.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic lamps in direct contact, or heat sources exceeding 45 °C.
• Mechanical risk: do not use the door as a load-bearing element, support point, or component subject to load. Do not force the opening, closing, hinges, mesh, or mounting systems.
• Installation and stability: before use, verify that the mounting hole is correct, that the frame is stable, that the 5 screws and 5 cap nuts are tightened correctly, and that the door exhibits no play, flexing, detachments, sharp parts, or dangerous edges.
• Closure and anti-escape: the door can contribute to the closure of the box but does not by itself guarantee that the animal cannot escape. Always check the entire locking system, any gaps, deformations of the container, play between the door and frame, and the animal's strength.
• Ventilation and environmental parameters: excessive or insufficient ventilation can alter humidity, temperature, and internal microclimate stability. Check container parameters after installation.
• Compatibility with the container: before use, verify that the door does not interfere with ventilation, the lid, walls, heating systems, internal decor, or other accessories present in the box.
• Maintenance: wash exclusively by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse. Avoid aggressive products that could damage the frame, closures, metal, or plastic mesh.
• Periodic check: regularly check for cracks, deformations, sharp parts, breakages, damaged mesh, loose hinges, loose screws, untightened nuts, or other damaged components. In case of damage, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by regulations.

Return: in the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of return are borne by the customer.
