• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years old: there is a risk of choking due to the presence of small parts, screws, nuts, separable components, or fragments in case of impact, wear, detachment, or breakage.
• Animal target verification: use exclusively with animals appropriate in size, weight, strength, and behavior. Before use, verify that the door, the approximately 2 × 2 mm mesh, the latches, and the mounting system are suitable for the animal and the chosen configuration.
• Risk of escape or entrapment: verify that the mesh, gaps, frame, and latch do not allow for the passage, entrapment, or escape of the animal, especially with very small or particularly slender specimens.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without thermostats, spot lamps, incandescent bulbs, ceramic lamps in direct contact, or heat sources exceeding 45 °C.
• Mechanical risk: do not use the door as a load-bearing element, support point, or component subject to weight. Do not force the opening, closing, hinges, mesh, or mounting systems.
• Installation and stability: before use, verify that the mounting hole is correct, the frame is stable, the 5 screws and 5 cap nuts are tightened correctly, and the door does not show play, flexing, detachments, sharp parts, or dangerous edges.
• Closure and anti-escape: the door can contribute to securing the box but does not by itself guarantee the impossibility of the animal escaping. Always verify the entire closure system, any gaps, container deformations, play between the door and frame, and the animal's strength.
• Ventilation and environmental parameters: excessive or insufficient ventilation can alter the humidity, temperature, and stability of the internal microclimate. Check the container parameters after installation.
• Compatibility with the container: before use, verify that the door does not interfere with ventilation, the lid, walls, heating systems, internal decor, or other accessories present in the box.
• Maintenance: hand wash only with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse. Avoid aggressive products that may damage the frame, latches, metal, or plastic mesh.
• Periodic inspection: regularly check for cracks, deformations, sharp parts, breakage, damaged mesh, loose hinges, loose screws, untightened nuts, or other damaged components. In case of damage, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
