• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: there is a choking hazard due to the presence of small parts, screws, nuts, separable components, or fragments in case of impact, wear, detachment, or breakage.
• Animal target verification: use exclusively with animals suitable in size, weight, strength, and behavior. Before use, verify that the door, the 2 mm glass, the closures, and the mounting system are suitable for the animal and the chosen configuration.
• Glass hazard: the 2 mm glass can break in case of impact, pressure, twisting, falling, incorrect assembly, or use with unsuitable animals. In case of cracks, chips, detachment, or breakage, immediately stop using and safely remove any fragments.
• Thermal hazard: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic lamps in direct contact, or heat sources above 45 °C.
• Mechanical hazard: do not use the door as a load-bearing element, a support point, or a component subject to load. Do not force the opening, closing, hinges, or fastening systems.
• Installation and stability: before use, verify that the mounting hole is correct, the frame is stable, the 5 screws and 5 acorn nuts are properly tightened, and the door does not exhibit play, flexing, detachment, sharp parts, or dangerous edges.
• Closing and anti-escape: the door can contribute to closing the box, but it does not by itself guarantee the impossibility of the animal escaping. Always check the entire closing system, any gaps, container deformations, play between the door and frame, and the animal's strength.
• Compatibility with the container: before use, verify that the door does not interfere with ventilation, the lid, walls, heating systems, interior furnishings, or other accessories present in the box.
• Maintenance: hand wash only with lukewarm water and neutral soap. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse. Avoid aggressive products that may damage the frame, closures, bonding, metal, or glass.
• Periodic check: regularly check for the absence of cracks, deformations, sharp parts, breakages, chipped glass, loose hinges, loose screws, untightened nuts, or damaged components. In case of damage, stop using.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For products made to measure or clearly customized, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer.
