• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: there is a risk of choking or injury due to the presence of small parts, sharp edges, screws, or fragments in the event of detachment or breakage.
• Wall mounting: install only on surfaces compatible in terms of material, thickness, stability, and position. Incorrect assembly can cause the support to detach or fall.
• Screws not included: choose screws suitable for the container used. Ensure they are not too long, unstable, or pointing inward, and that they do not create dangerous points for the animal.
• Tightening: tighten the screws without forcing. Excessive tightening can deform or break the support, while insufficient tightening can cause instability or detachment.
• Stability check: before use with live animals, manually test the stability of the branch and check that it does not move, has no excessive play, and does not flex abnormally.
• Animal compatibility: use only with baby arboreal or semi-arboreal snakes that are compatible in terms of size, strength, behavior, and how they use the support.
• Indicative load: respect the recommended weight indicated in the technical specifications. Stability also depends on the mounting, the container, the animal's behavior, and the final configuration.
• Fall risk: position the branch to reduce the risk of dangerous falls, impacts against other decorations, or contact with heat sources.
• Entrapment risk: ensure the animal cannot become trapped between the branch, wall, screws, decorations, or other elements of the setup.
• Breakage or ingestion risk: do not use with animals capable of biting, breaking, deforming, or ingesting parts of the product.
• Thermal risk: use only between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, lamps or heating elements in direct contact, heating mats without a thermostat, or heat sources exceeding 45 °C.
• Use with heating systems: use any heating systems with a thermostat and correctly positioned probe. Check that the product does not deform and that the animal cannot come into contact with dangerous heat sources.
• Setup compatibility: verify that substrate, hides, bowls, plants, rocks, other branches, or supports do not interfere with the mounting or the animal's movement.
• Maintenance: wash by hand with warm water and mild soap. Do not use harsh products and do not place in the dishwasher. Dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check integrity, mounting, screw tightness, and cleanliness. In the presence of cracks, deformations, breakages, sharp parts, loss of stability, or even partial detachment, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by the regulations.

Returns: in the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
