• Choice of fastening system: use screws, zip ties, or other systems suitable for the material and thickness of the enclosure, the intended environmental conditions, and the presence of animals. Avoid points, edges, or sharp parts accessible inside the setup.
• Installation surface: fix the support exclusively on a surface that is intact, stable, and compatible with the chosen fastening system.
• Stability: before use, verify the tightness of the fastening and the correct support of the pipe or branch. Do not use the product if the structure moves, rotates, or tends to come loose.
• Target animals: use exclusively with arboreal or semi-arboreal reptiles of appropriate size, weight, strength, and behavior. Do not exceed the recommended weight of 250 g.
• Risk of falling or detachment: suspend use immediately if the support, the fastening system, or the installed structure shows signs of failure or loss of stability.
• Mechanical risk: do not use with animals capable of breaking, moving, biting, deforming, or forcing the support. Do not use as a load-bearing element for animals beyond the recommended weight.
• Entrapment risk: verify that the support, pipe or branch, fastening system, and surrounding elements do not create gaps or points where the animal could get stuck or injured.
• Placement in the setup: ensure the structure does not interfere with closures, ventilation, substrate, lighting, heating, or other accessories.
• Thermal risk: do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent bulbs, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Cleaning: clean gently by hand with warm water and mild soap or specific reptile cleaners, taking care not to weaken the fastening. Do not wash in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: check the support, fastening, and installed structure regularly. Suspend use in the presence of cracks, deformations, damaged edges, loose components, detachment, or instability.
