• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: the cup, separable components, or any fragments generated by impact, wear, or breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Installation: use only screws or adhesives compatible with the holder, the container, and the environment of use. Screws, glue, and other mounting systems are not included.
• Gluing: if the holder is glued, follow the instructions and drying times of the adhesive before introducing the animal.
• Stability: before use, check that the holder, mounting, and cup are stable and correctly installed. Inadequate mounting can cause the product to detach or fall.
• Compatibility and load: use only with animals compatible in species, size, weight, strength, and behavior. Do not exceed the indicative limit of 150 g and do not use with animals capable of detaching, biting, deforming, or tipping over the holder or cup.
• Cups and spare parts: use only clean, intact cups compatible in size, shape, depth, and stability. CupH-0097 is the dedicated spare for the standard version; CupH-0098 is the dedicated spare for the Deep version.
• Use with water or food: use only water, food, insects, or preparations suitable for the housed species. Regularly remove residues to prevent mold, fermentation, bad odors, or contamination.
• Compatibility with the container: verify that the holder and cup do not interfere with walls, lids, ventilation, heating, or other accessories.
• Thermal risk: with the Bio PLA cup, do not expose the product to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 40 °C.
• Maintenance: hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not put in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: discontinue use in the presence of instability, loss of grip, cracks, deformations, sharp edges, breakage, or other damage.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
