• Not a toy. Product intended for adults. Not suitable for children under 14 years old: the suction cup, the cap used, or any fragments generated by impacts, wear, or breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Cap compatibility: use only a clean, intact, stable cap free of sharp parts and compatible with the holder and the food inserted. The cap is not included.
• Installation and grip: apply the suction cup to a smooth, clean, and dry surface. Humidity, condensation, dirt, uneven surfaces, or animal movement can reduce its adhesion.
• Animal compatibility: use only with animals compatible in terms of species, size, strength, and behavior. Do not use if the animal can detach, bite, deform, tip over, or ingest the holder, suction cup, or cap.
• Food usage: use only foods suitable for the housed species. Regularly remove food residues to prevent mold, fermentation, bad odors, or contamination.
• Container compatibility: ensure the holder, suction cup, and cap do not interfere with walls, closures, ventilation, heating, or other accessories.
• Thermal risk: do not expose to open flames, heat mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Maintenance: wash by hand with warm water and neutral soap after use. Do not put in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check the suction cup's grip and the integrity of all components. Suspend use in the presence of loss of adhesion, instability, cracks, deformations, sharp parts, or breakage.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.

Return: in case of withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
