• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: any small parts or fragments generated by impacts, wear, detachment, or breakage may pose a choking hazard.
• Compatibility and load: use only with animals compatible in terms of species, size, weight, strength, and behavior. Do not exceed the 200 g limit and do not overload the structure.
• Installation and stability: verify that the support is stable, correctly positioned, and cannot tip over, flex, slide, or detach. Assemble and check the interlocking or glue-on feet correctly.
• Compatibility with the enclosure: verify that the product does not interfere with the walls, lid, latch, ventilation, heating, or other accessories present in the box or terrarium.
• Thermal risk: do not expose to open flames, heat mats without a thermostat, spot lamps, incandescent lamps, ceramic emitters in direct contact, or temperatures above 45 °C.
• Maintenance: hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Do not put in the dishwasher and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic inspection: discontinue use in the presence of instability, loose components, cracks, deformations, sharp parts, breakage, or other damage.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law.
