• Not a toy. Product intended for an adult audience. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age: there is a danger of choking or injury due to the presence of small parts or fragments in the event of detachment or breakage.
• Animal compatibility: use only with animals compatible in terms of species, size, weight, strength, and behavior.
• Indicative weight: the recommended weight of 0 to 50 g is only for guidance and does not constitute a structural load capacity. Suitability also depends on the animal's size and behavior.
• Dimensional check: ensure the animal can enter, exit, and move inside the hide without becoming stuck, trapped, or compressed.
• Positioning and stability: place the hide on a stable surface, verifying that it cannot tip over, slide, or create crushing points.
• Entrapment risk: check that the animal cannot become trapped between the hide, the walls of the container, the substrate, the decor, or other accessories.
• Container compatibility: verify that the hide does not interfere with the closure, ventilation, walls, lid, heating systems, or other accessories present.
• Mechanical risk: do not use as a load-bearing element and do not place heavy or unstable objects on top of the hide. Do not use with animals capable of breaking it, deforming it, or ingesting any fragments.
• Thermal risk: use exclusively between 0 and 45 °C. Do not expose to open flames, heating mats without a thermostat, lamps or heating elements in direct contact, and heat sources exceeding 45 °C.
• Maintenance: wash by hand with warm water and neutral soap. Do not use aggressive products, do not put in the dishwasher, and dry completely before reuse.
• Periodic check: regularly check the integrity, stability, and cleanliness of the hide. In the presence of cracks, deformations, breakages, or sharp parts, discontinue use.

Withdrawal: for standard catalog products, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made or clearly personalized products, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by the regulations.

Return: in case of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
